We are currently constructing the Grand Mosque in Bahria Town Karachi, the third-largest in the world and Pakistan’s largest, with a capacity of 800,000 worshippers. We are also building Pakistan’s largest cancer facility, the Shaukat Khanum Hospital in Karachi, and the ICC-certified Rafi Cricket Stadium, which will seat 50,000 spectators and host future international matches.

BIM

Building Information Modelling (BIM) transforms construction projects by creating detailed 3D models on-the-go that integrate architectural, structural, and MEP systems. It enhances collaboration among stakeholders, improves project efficiency, and supports lifecycle management from design stage through maintenance which helps in close monitoring and defects identification of the project. Paragon uses BIM for development of coordinated services installation & project planning applications, coordination and shop drawing development.

SAP ERP

In addition to our technical capabilities, we utilize robust software support systems to streamline construction, financial and administrative processes. This includes leveraging SAP S/4 Hana and SAP Fiori for integrated financial management and reporting.

Remote Monitoring

Our CCTV surveillance systems provide enhanced security across project sites, complemented by rigorous quality control protocols to ensure superior construction standards in addition to our technical capabilities, we utilize robust software support systems to streamline construction, financial, and administrative processes. This includes leveraging SAP S/4 Hana and SAP Fiori for integrated financial management and reporting.

ACHIEVEMENTS

Largest Fairfaced Concrete Works

Siemens New Head Office building at SITE Karachi incorporates cast-in-place fairfaced concrete panels with grooves all around each panel, having an area of about 25000 sqft. The Southend Club at DHA Karachi also incorporates about 100,000 sqft of fairface cladding panels.

Fastest Cement Plant

Lucky Cement Plant at Nooriabad 4200 TPD was substantially completed in just 15 months’ time with all associated structures such as power station, water reservoir etc. The single biggest concrete pour in a day was 1500 m3.

Largest Simple Supported Truss

Uni Levers Walls Ice Cream Plant at Multan Road, Lahore has insulated sheet roofing supported by steel trusses spanning 125 feet (19 Nos.) and having a weight of almost 8 tons each.

Highly Sophisticated BSL Lab

Bio-Safety Lab (BSL) constructed at Aga Khan Hospital CHS & JR Building is one of its kind in Pakistan. The construction required most stringent safety and quality standard applied on any project. All finishes are washable, bacteria & germs resistant with seamless floor finishing having most specialized air circulation system.

Rapid Restoration of Quaid-e-Azam Mausoleum

Cleaning and polishing of mausoleum of Quaid-e- Azam was done at a short notice and in just 7 days. This operation involved highest safety measures and special design/installation of scaffolding in most difficult site conditions. The huge dome is situated at a height of 100 feet. The work was carried out round the clock.

Largest garden

Bagh-e-Quaid-e-Azam at Karachi, spread over an area of 63 acre and completed in just 9 months, is now the biggest in the country. The marble work at this project is more than the quantity used at Taj Mahal! Total quantity of marble involved exceeded half a million square feet.

Emaar Crescent Bay, Residential Towers

Around the bay of Karachi, a series of 42 towers project, executed Piling/ Foundation works of 3 Towers (2153 no. of piles having a dia of 1000 mm & 35 meter of average depth). This massive structure & lavish Architectural works will be executed in upcoming days having a total worth of Rs. 14 billion approx.

Shaukat Khanum Memorial Hospital, Karachi

Currently, constructing Pakistan’s largest cancer hospital, the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Hospital in Karachi. This state-of-the-art facility will provide world-class cancer treatment, significantly expanding healthcare access for patients across the country, and furthering our commitment to impactful and life-saving infrastructure.

Rafi Cricket Stadium, ICC-Certified

Paragon Constructors is responsible for constructing the Rafi Cricket Stadium, an ICC-certified facility in Bahria Town Karachi. With a seating capacity of 50,000, this stadium will host future international cricket matches, marking a milestone in Pakistan’s sports infrastructure.

Largest Double-T

Lucky Textile Mills at Karachi features 600 pre- cast & pre-stressed Double-T roof panels having a span of 50 feet and 9 feet width with live load of 200psi. These are the heaviest and largest panels manufactured yet.

Telenor 345 – Rammed Earth

The Telenor 345 Campus in Islamabad is a landmark project in Pakistan, utilizing stabilized rammed earth for its construction. This sustainable building material, sourced from local soil, offers excellent thermal insulation and low environmental impact, blending modern corporate architecture with eco-conscious practices. The campus design reflects the natural hues of the Potohar Valley and is one of the first and only major commercial projects in Pakistan to incorporate rammed earth at such a scale

Underwater Structure

Dolmen City Phase-II at Clifton Karachi has 2 basements 18 deep covering about 400,000 sqft area that are situated just 40 feet from shoreline where water table is 3 feet from natural ground.

Lucky Paragon Ready-Mix Cement

We introduced Pakistan’s first ready-mix cement for commercial use through Lucky Paragon, setting a new standard in the construction industry. This innovation has streamlined large-scale projects and ensures consistent quality and efficiency across various developments.

Largest piling work:

Piling work undertaken at Japan Power Generation Plant at Raiwand, Lahore incorporates 1800 RCC bored piles having a diameter of 560 mm and average length of 50 feet. Massive 24 generator foundations were also constructed there.

Olympic Swimming Pool

Olympic standard full-size swimming pool constructed at Aga Khan University Sports Complex has been constructed with all modern facilities, automatic filtration plant, 7 lanes and in accordance with most stringent specifications.

Performing of Osterberg Load Cell Test

Its been a great achievement of performing Osterberg Load Cell Test, a static loading system first time in the construction history of Pakistan on this project. The speciality reclined applying 4,000Ton Load on Index Piles of 1,200mm dia, depth of 26m & introducing this technology as a legendary.

Emaar, The Views

The Structural works of The Views was completed 6 months ahead of schedule, featuring two towers: The North Tower with 44 levels and the South Tower with 32 levels.

Grand Mosque, Bahria Town Karachi

Currently under construction, the Grand Mosque in Bahria Town Karachi will be the third-largest mosque in the world and the largest in Pakistan, accommodating 800,000 worshippers.
